DF-04 internal thread motorized valve

Product introduction

DF-04 internal thread motorized valve is available for central air conditioning and heating system’s opening and closing. Control valve depends on the one-way Magnetic synchronous motor to reset spring. When it is working, the thermostat gives a signal of opening. Then the motorized valve has power to activate. The cold and hot water come into the fan coil for providing cold or hot air. The motorized valve will stop, and at the same time the water can not flow into the coil when the set temperature is achieved. So the room temperature is maintained. 

Motorized valve adopts thread motorized valve joint. It has flexible operation, high durability and small noise.

Material instruction.

1. Valve material: forged brass

5. Actuator chassis: stainless steel

Installation notice

1. Ground floor branch pipe should adopt decompressive valve for high-rise buildings.
2. Motor housing should avoid water. So actuator can not be installed under pipes.
3. When the valve is installed on the vertical pipe, motor housing also should avoid water.
4. When the manual lever is slowly pressed into the gap, the valve opens. The manual lever will be reset to the automatic position when the electricity firstly passes the valve.
5. Notice: Make sure that the water’s moving direction is the same as the valve’s arrow. Actuator can not be the Stress fulcrum during the installation.
